Shingles
Shingles is a sandy/shingle beach break up the mouth of the Buller River, on the north bank of the river. This is one of the only fresh water breaks in New Zealand. Needs a big North West swell to get working. Right hand point break that is nice and mellow on the lower tide and good and wally on the higher tide, some times hollow too. Good for all surfers.
