From Napier city head west on Thackeray Street, then continue onto Hyderabad Road, State Highway 2. Continue on State Highway 2, then turn right onto Main North Road, State Highway 2 out of Napier heading north. Turn right onto Aropaoanui Road, which will wind its way all the way down to the beach.
