Pakiri Beach
Pakiri Beach is a beach break on a white sand beach, located just north of Leigh, on the east coast north of Auckland. There are several peaks to choose from along the beach with both right and left handers. The wave is punchy and hollow. Good for all levels of surfer. Popular beach so know the rules and respect the locals. River mouth often have strong currents or rips.

Pakiri beach is located on the east coast from Wellsford, north of Auckland.
From Auckland, head north on Auckland Northern Motorway, State Highway 1, over the Auckland Harbour Bridge. At Warkworth turn right onto Sandspit Road, then left onto Matakana Road. Turn left to stay on Matakana Road. Turn right onto Pakiri Road. Turn left onto Pakiri River Road Road down to the beach.
